Can you work with my existing storage products?
Absolutely. We believe thoughtful organisation begins with making the most of what you already own. Wherever suitable, we'll incorporate your existing storage solutions into the design. If we identify opportunities to improve functionality or create a more cohesive result, we'll present carefully considered recommendations during the planning phase.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
You're welcome to be home throughout the installation if you wish. However, many of our clients choose to leave us to complete the transformation independently. This allows us to work efficiently with minimal interruption and gives you the opportunity to experience the finished space as a complete reveal.
Do you offer services outside of Sydney?
Yes. We are available to travel for home organisation projects across Australia. Interstate services can be arranged and are quoted individually to include any required travel and accommodation costs. For clients outside our service area, we also offer virtual organisation consultations. These sessions provide personalised guidance, practical strategies, and tailored recommendations to help you create functional, organised spaces wherever you're located.
Do you help with donating, disposing of, or reselling unwanted items?
Yes, we're happy to provide guidance on the best way to responsibly part with items you no longer need. While we don't directly coordinate donations, disposal, or resale on your behalf, we can recommend suitable options and point you towards trusted services and resources to make the process as seamless as possible.
What if I'm unable to maintain the systems after you've finished?
Our goal is to create intuitive systems that feel natural to maintain and are tailored to the way you live. To support you beyond the installation, we offer a complimentary three-month check-in to review how the systems are working, discuss any challenges you've encountered, and provide guidance or minor refinements where appropriate.
As your lifestyle evolves, your home should evolve with it. If your needs change over time and your space requires a more comprehensive reorganisation or a complete redesign of its systems, we'd be delighted to return and create a new solution tailored to your current needs. Please note that any additional organising services beyond the complimentary three-month check-in are quoted separately.
